Terms of use
By signing up and topping up your balance you agree to these terms.
1. What this is
Argus Studio is an app for Windows, macOS and Linux that makes videos for your YouTube channels, and a cloud service through which the app uses language models. The app is free; only the models' work is paid — for each call as it happens, from the account balance. There are no subscriptions.
2. Where the service does not work
The service is not provided to persons located in Russia and Belarus. Sign-up, login, payment and model work from these countries are closed. Bypassing the restriction with a VPN or a proxy is forbidden: such accounts are blocked, and the remaining balance is returned only at support's discretion.
3. Balance and payment
Top-ups are made with cryptocurrency through a payment service or with a top-up code. The balance never expires and is spent only on the models' work. The price of the model's work is shown in your dashboard; every charge is listed line by line in «Spending». Unspent balance is refunded on request to support; money for model work already done is not refunded. In the video lab the price of a clip is shown before you start it and charged when it starts (if the model provider charges differently for the clip, the correction shows up as a separate line in «Spending»); a clip the model failed to make is refunded to the balance automatically.
4. Bonuses, the wheel, invitations
Bonuses (the wheel, invitations, promotions) are credits for the models' work: they are spent first, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money, and expire on their date. The sign-up gift is one per person. Several accounts of one person for gifts, bonuses or the wheel, automated sign-ups and other abuse lead to the cancellation of bonuses and the blocking of the accounts.
5. Partners
The partner program is by separate agreement: the percentage, the term and the payout procedure are shown on the partner's page. Clients brought in breach of the rules (fake traffic, one's own accounts) are not counted.
6. Your content and channels
Responsibility for the content of the channels and for following YouTube's rules stays with the channel owner. The app does not bypass Google's checks and does not log in to accounts for you.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided «as is». We are not responsible for YouTube's decisions about your channels, for outages at model providers or for lost profits. Our liability is limited to the account's unspent balance.

9. The AI assistant and messages to it
The Argus Studio AI assistant in Telegram is a program, not a person. Messages to it are processed by an AI model of an external model provider. The assistant sees only that conversation and, if the account is linked, its balance and payments — nothing about other people. The conversation is kept for 90 days and then deleted; the /forget command deletes it at once, /stop — the assistant writes no more. The assistant needs no passwords, keys or card numbers: if they are sent, they are masked before anything is stored or reaches the AI model. The assistant does not move money: refunds, payouts and special terms are decided by us.
