Step-by-step guide

From sign-up to the first video on your channel.

Twelve steps, in order. The first channel takes 30–60 minutes to set up, the next ones 5–10. After that the factory picks topics, writes fact-checked scripts, voices, edits and schedules the videos in YouTube Studio by itself.

How the videos are made:

00

What you need

  • A computer with Windows 10 or 11, macOS 12+ or Linux: 4+ cores, 8+ GB of memory, 20+ GB of free space. While the factory works, the computer and AdsPower must stay on.
  • AdsPower — the anti-detect browser the factory uploads videos through. Download with our link, promo code at checkout Argus: 10% off the first month, then 5%.
  • For every channel — its own Google account with a YouTube channel and a phone to verify the channel (step 08).
  • Proxies — ideally one per channel, IPv4 (Google works worse with IPv6), HTTP or SOCKS5 with a login and password. Buy at Proxyline with our link.
  • Money for the balance — cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, TON, LTC and others) or a top-up code from support.

The service does not work in Russia and Belarus: sign-up, login and payment from there are closed, and bypassing it with a VPN is against the rules.

01

Create an account

  1. On the home page click «Start».
  2. Enter your e-mail and a password of at least 8 characters → «Create account». You land in your dashboard right away.
  3. We recommend turning on two-step login right away: dashboard → «Account» → «Two-step login», with a code from Google Authenticator or any similar app. Then nobody gets into the account without your phone, even with your password.
02

Top up your balance

There's no subscription: the money stays on your balance, never expires and is spent only on the model's work — call by call. One long video (15–20 minutes) costs about a dollar. The voice, graphics, rendering and uploading run on your computer and cost nothing. Every dollar you top up is a spin of the wheel in your dashboard.

With crypto

  1. Dashboard → «Top up» → choose an amount or type your own (from $5 to $10,000).
  2. Click «Pay with crypto» — the Plisio payment page opens.
  3. Choose the coin and the network and send exactly the amount shown on the page. Pay the network fee on top, or less will arrive.
  4. The balance is credited by itself once the network confirms — usually in 5–30 minutes. The «Top up» page refreshes itself and shows «Credited».

An invoice is valid for 2 hours. Sent the wrong amount or ran out of time — don't send again, write to support with the payment number from «Payment history» at the bottom of the page. You can do the same right in the app: Settings → Account.

With a top-up code

  1. Buy a code from support or in the Telegram channel. A code looks like this: ARG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
  2. Dashboard → «Top up» → the «Top-up code» block → paste the code → «Redeem».
  3. The amount is on your balance at once. Every code works once.

To never spend more than planned, set a cap: dashboard → «Spending» → daily spending cap.

03

Install the app

  1. Windows: press Win + X → «Terminal» (or «Windows PowerShell»), paste the command and press Enter:
  2. macOS and Linux: open the Terminal, paste the command and press Enter:
  3. The app downloads, installs its components (about 400 MB), creates an «Argus Studio» shortcut (Windows — on the desktop, Mac — in Applications, Linux — in the app menu) and opens by itself.

Or the old way on Windows: download the archive, unpack it to C:\ArgusStudio and run setup.bat. Windows will ask about an «unknown publisher» — click «More info» → «Run anyway». The command above avoids this window. The app installs its updates by itself.

04

Log in to your account in the app

  1. In the app open Settings → Account.
  2. Enter the same e-mail and password as on the site (and the code, if two-step login is on). Models, prices and the key set themselves up — no OpenAI or Anthropic keys are needed.
  3. Choose the text quality: «Economy» — the cheapest, simpler texts; «Standard» — the best value for money; «Maximum» — the strongest model, more expensive.
  4. Choose the pace: «Warm-up» — 2 long videos a week per channel, for new channels in their first 1–2 months; «Stable» — 5 a week; «Turbo» — every day. The pace is changed in the same place or in the dashboard on «Overview».

At the top of the Studio there is a «Quick start» plaque — it ticks off the steps done and disappears when everything is ready.

05

Connect AdsPower

  1. Install AdsPower and log in. Promo code Argus.
  2. In AdsPower: Automation → API (Local API) → turn it on. Copy the address — usually http://local.adspower.net:50325. If an API key check is on there, copy the key too.
  3. In the app: Settings → Anti-detect browser → browser «AdsPower» → paste the address (and the key) → «Check the connection».

Dolphin Anty, Octo, GoLogin, Undetectable and Multilogin can be connected too, but you create the profiles and proxies in them yourself, and the support is in beta. Only with AdsPower does the app do everything by itself.

06

Add channels and choose niches

  1. Settings → Anti-detect browser → Channels: choose a ready niche in the list → «+ Add channel».
  2. Your own topic — «✎ Own niche»: describe it in words or give a link to a model channel; the factory proposes a niche, a graphics style and a voice (you can change them and listen), then «+ Add channel». You can also find a niche beforehand with the free niche finder on this site: paste the one you liked here (its name and a line of its description), pick the kind of video it suggested in the builder and add its video ideas to «📝 Own topics and rules».
  3. «Own niche» has a builder: the kind of video (documentary, the «Rules» cartoon, the hosted explainer or news), real facts or fiction, the host and its colour, the explainer formats, the author's voice, the channel's own twist, banned subjects, the video length. The «✨ Make it unique» button suggests three angles of your own: every time the generator draws new combinations of audience, domain, device and tone, so two people with one topic get different niches.
  4. Don't know what works now — «🔍 Find a niche»: the factory looks at what people watch on YouTube right now and what they have watched for years, and proposes five niches your channels don't have yet: why this one, long-term or a wave, where a newcomer fits. You can set a direction («history», «money») or leave it empty. If the app is logged in to Google for statistics, every niche also comes with proof of demand — videos of the last year with many times more views than their channel has subscribers. The search is an ordinary model call: a couple of cents from your balance.
  5. To change a channel's niche — in its row «Replace with another niche…»: ready, your own or found. The channel's kind of video is chosen in the same row.
  6. Every channel gets its own niche, graphics style, voice and passport: the name, @handle, description and keywords for YouTube. The passport is visible when you expand the channel's row, and arrives in Telegram (step 11).
  7. In this channel's Google account create the YouTube channel from the passport: the name, @handle, the «About» description.
  8. 📝 Own topics and rules — in a channel's expanded row: the list of topics you want made (the autopilot takes them first, in order) and the rules for the script — how to open, what never to say, which tone to keep. Details below.

The channels have different handwriting — the frame layout, the narrator, music, thumbnails — so YouTube does not see one template in them. A channel with a profile or videos is pinned and won't lose its niche by accident.

07

Load proxies and create profiles

  1. Buy proxies if you have none yet: Proxyline with our link — IPv4, one per channel, in your viewers' countries.
  2. Prepare the proxies: a CSV or TXT file, one per line, for example host:port:user:pass, user:pass@host:port or socks5://user:pass@host:port.
  3. Settings → AdsPower proxies and profiles → «Load CSV / TXT». The factory checks every proxy through the proxy itself: does it work, what is its IP, country and time zone.
  4. Click «Create profiles in AdsPower». The factory creates a profile for every channel with its own proxy; the time zone, geolocation and WebRTC follow the proxy's IP.

Already have your own profiles in AdsPower — click «Take profiles from AdsPower in order» or enter a profile ID for the channel. Fewer proxies than channels — several profiles share one proxy evenly.

08

Log in to Google in every profile

This is the only thing done by hand, and only once. The factory does not store passwords and never logs in to Google.

  1. In AdsPower open the channel's profile.
  2. Log in to this channel's Google account.
  3. Open studio.youtube.com and check that the right channel opened.
  4. Verify the channel by phone: youtube.com/verify.
  5. Close the profile.

Phone verification is required. Without it YouTube does not accept videos longer than 15 minutes, custom thumbnails or more than a few uploads a day — and the factory makes 14–20-minute videos.

09

Check that everything works

  1. In Settings → Anti-detect browser click «Check profiles»: the factory checks that every channel has a profile in AdsPower with a proxy on it.
  2. On a channel click «Dry run»: the factory opens the profile, YouTube Studio and the upload window — checks the login and the right channel — and stops before choosing the file, publishing nothing.
10

Turn on the factory

  1. In the Studio tick «Upload through the anti-detect browser» and click ON.
  2. Then everything runs by itself: a topic from the channel's niche → sources and real photos → a fact-checked script → the voice → rendering (15–40 minutes per video depending on the processor) → upload to Studio with the «Scheduled» status. YouTube itself publishes at the set time.
  3. The factory takes the date from the channel's own schedule in Studio. During warm-up — no more than two long videos a week per channel and never two on one day.

Upload windows hide beyond the edge of the screen and don't get in your way. To pause a channel — untick its «working» box. All channels on one screen — the «Console» tab.

11

Telegram notifications optional

  1. In Telegram open @BotFather → /newbot → choose a name → copy the token.
  2. In the app: Settings → Telegram → paste the token.
  3. Send your bot any message — it binds to you. The bot ignores strangers.

The bot tells you: a video is ready, uploaded or scheduled (with a link), something broke or your help is needed; it sends a daily summary and a weekly report. Commands: /status, /last, /week, /on, /off.

12

Watch the spending

  • Dashboard → «Spending»: today, 7 and 30 days, a daily chart, the price of every video and spending by model.
  • In the same place — the daily spending cap: once reached, the factory continues tomorrow.
  • The balance ran out — the autopilot stops by itself and continues after a top-up; a reminder arrives in Telegram.
  • In the app — the «Money» and «Statistics» tabs: the channels' views and subscribers, the best videos.

How the videos are made

What exactly the factory does at every step — so you know what you will get and can set a channel up your way.

A

Four kinds of video

The kind is chosen for a whole channel (the channel row → «Kind of video», or the niche constructor) or for one video (Studio → «Make one video by hand»). Examples of every kind →

The documentary

  1. The topic. The idea generator draws its own «seeds» — an angle, an era, a region, how well-known the story is — and suggests topics of the niche you have not made yet.
  2. The sources. Wikipedia in English and in the video's language, archives and museums: Wikimedia Commons, the Library of Congress, NASA, the Wellcome Collection. Every source gets its number S1, S2…
  3. A script by chapters — from the sources only, every scene pointing to them. Then a separate pass checks each sentence and fixes whatever the sources do not say.
  4. The picture. Real photos and documents — free licences only, the author and the licence on screen and in the description. Where nobody filmed — 3D reconstructions with faceless mannequins. 15 graphic styles, every channel with its own handwriting.
  5. Voice, sound, rendering — on your computer. Then three titles and three thumbnails for YouTube's «Test & compare», a description with chapters, and scheduling.

The hosted explainer (2D or 3D)

The channel has its own host — an inspector, a cat, a robot, an owl, Argus… The host tells the story while a card pops up every 2–4 seconds: a search, messages, numbers, a gauge, an «A or B» fork. Eight formats: a case breakdown, how it works, what would you do, the story in N minutes, top N, myth or fact, life in another time, a challenge series. For real stories the facts come from sources, as in a documentary.

The host's look — in the niche constructor: 3D voxel or plasticine (drawn by our own engine right on your computer, free and unlimited) or drawn 2D. Want it livelier — AI graphics in the channel's style (voxel, clay, pixel art, 3D cartoon): the host's sheet is drawn once per channel, about $0.35. The host's mouth moves with the voice, the pose follows the meaning of the line.

The «Rules» cartoon

Animated horror: a familiar place, a trial of several nights, a notebook of rules and the last rule, told only in the finale. It is fiction, so no sources or fact-check are needed. 12–18 minutes, three thumbnails, chapters in the description.

News

A fresh story of the last days told as an explainer: what happened, what is confirmed, what is still unknown. How exactly the factory finds and checks the news — in the next section.

B

News: reliable sources, real facts, real pictures

  1. Where the factory looks for stories. Only with those who answer for their words: the wires of Reuters, AP and AFP (via Google News), the newsrooms of BBC, NPR, Al Jazeera, the Guardian, DW, France 24, CBS, NBC, Sky News, for Ukraine — Ukrinform and Suspilne, and official services: USGS (earthquakes), GDACS (disasters), NASA. The factory never reads blogs, social media or anonymous channels.
  2. Several outlets confirm the story. The factory puts one story together from different feeds, notes who reported it first and ranks higher what the wires and official services confirmed. Freshness — the last days; the channel's niche decides which stories fit.
  3. What the factory never takes: politics, elections, war, medical or financial advice — even when it is the top story of the day.
  4. The background. For the chosen story the factory reads reference articles (how such things work, what happened before in similar cases), so the video explains rather than retells a headline.
  5. Every claim with its source. The narration says who reported it: «according to AP», «the USGS says», «officials told Reuters». Numbers exactly as the sources give them. Whatever nobody confirmed is called unconfirmed; what is still unknown gets its own block.
  6. Real pictures and the story about them. A photo of the event, an intensity map, a satellite image — only with a free licence or from government archives (NASA, USGS, NOAA, Wikimedia Commons). The factory never takes agency photos or TV footage: channels get copyright strikes for them. The picture is shown large with a frame around the detail being discussed — the story is built around it. The author and the licence sit under the picture, the sources in the description.
  7. How the video is built: a hook on the strongest verified fact with the real picture → «what is confirmed» with the outlets named → the key question → the analysis: where (a real map), how big (a scale comparison), how it unfolded (a timeline) → what is unknown → the conclusion. Vertical Shorts are cut from the same video by themselves.

To make a channel do news: the channel row → «Kind of video» → «news», or Studio → «Make one video by hand» → «Kind of video: News». You can give a direction in the topic («earthquakes», «space», «technology») — the factory picks a story within it.

C

Shorts: from every video and on their own

After every long video — of any kind — the factory picks its strongest 35–55 seconds, writes a new hook and a call to watch the full video, and builds a vertical 9:16 clip. The Short goes to the same channel after its long video. How many Shorts per video (0–3, 2 by default) — Studio → Factory settings → «Shorts from every video».

Shorts can also be made without a long video. In the channel's row (Settings → anti-detect browser → channels) set the format to «Shorts 9:16» — for any kind: documentary, host, news, «Rules». Such a channel gets only vertical clips under a minute, and each one is written from scratch as a Short: a hook in the first second, one idea, the payoff, a question and «subscribe». How many Shorts a week the channel posts — «Shorts a week per channel» (14 by default). One Short by hand — Studio → «Make one video by hand» → «Shorts 9:16».

Long videos in vertical. The channel format «long 9:16» (or «Long 9:16» in the Studio) is an ordinary long video: the same chapters, length in minutes, schedule and warm-up, only the frame is vertical, for viewers on a phone. Its covers stay 16:9, like every long video on YouTube.

D

Voices and languages

  • 9 languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian — 62 voices, male and female.
  • A channel speaks the language of its voice. Give a channel, say, a Polish voice — the script, narration and captions of its videos will be in Polish. For all channels at once the language is set in Settings → Channel.
  • Everything runs on your computer — no per-minute fees, no outside services. A voice downloads once, on the first «▶ Listen» or the first video: 63–114 MB; the Russian voices come as one 834 MB model for all five.
  • Every voice has a licence that allows commercial use: the videos can be monetised.
E

Your niches, your topics, your rules

The factory is a tool, not a catalogue: make what interests you.

  • «✎ Own niche» — describe the topic in words or paste a link to a channel you like. The model suggests a name, an audience, a tone, a graphic style and a voice; in the constructor you can set the kind of video, the host, the length, the formats, «real facts or fiction», the author's writing voice, the channel's twist and banned topics. «✨ Make it more unique» suggests three angles of your own.
  • «🔍 Find a niche» — if you do not know where to start: the factory looks at what is getting views right now and suggests niches with demand.
  • «📝 Own topics and rules» — in the expanded row of every channel:
    • Own topics — one per line. The autopilot takes them first, top to bottom. A topic that was made leaves the list; if the video fails, the topic comes back. When the list runs out, the factory comes up with topics itself again, in the spirit of the niche.
    • Rules for the script — for example: «open with a date and a place», «no question to the viewer in the first line», «end with a one-line conclusion». The writer follows them in every video of the channel, of any kind. The facts from the sources and YouTube's rules still come first — it will not make things up on request.
F

The video lab

Separate from the factory, in your dashboard on the website: video models Seedance, Veo, Kling, Wan, Hailuo and others — for intros, single shots and clips for social media.

  1. Dashboard → «Video lab» → pick a model.
  2. Describe the scene or upload the first frame, choose the length, the format (16:9 or 9:16), the quality and sound — the price is shown at once.
  3. «Make the video»: in 1–5 minutes the clip appears on the right; download the mp4. If it fails, the money returns to your balance by itself. A clip is kept for 7 days.

The prices of all models are on the «Video lab» page. Some models deliver HEVC video: if your browser does not play it, just download the file.

If something went wrong

Didn't find the answer — write to our Telegram channel: news, updates and support are there.

«Hands needed»: a captcha, a repeated login, «confirm it's you»

The factory never bypasses such checks. Open the channel's profile in AdsPower, pass the check in YouTube, close the profile and click «Fixed it, continue» on the channel. The video uploads by itself.

«YouTube daily upload limit»

YouTube limits uploads for a channel without verification. Verify the channel by phone (youtube.com/verify) in its profile and click «Verified, continue» on the channel. Or wait a day — the factory retries by itself.

«Video is too long» or the thumbnail won't set

The channel isn't verified by phone — see step 08. After verifying, click «Continue» on the channel: the video and thumbnails will be set.

«Profile is busy»

The profile is open on another computer with the same AdsPower account or is still closing. Close it there — the factory waits and continues by itself, no attempts are spent.

«Balance is empty», the autopilot stopped

Top up with crypto or a code (step 02). The autopilot continues by itself, nothing to click.

The crypto payment page won't open

The payment service is sometimes slow — try again in a couple of minutes. Still no — top up with a code or write to support.

Windows says «unknown publisher»

That's how Windows warns about any file from the internet without a paid signature. Install the app with the command from step 03 — no such window. For the archive: «More info» → «Run anyway».

The app window on a Mac or Linux opened in a regular browser tab

The app opens its window in Chrome, Edge, Chromium or Brave. Without them it opens in your default browser — everything works the same, it's just a tab.

Forgot your password

On the login page click «Forgot your password?» if the link is there — an e-mail arrives. No link — write to support.

Done — the first video is already in the works.

Questions left — support. The terms of service — here.
